Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collections, select your items and sizes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We aim to dispatch orders within 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Delivery time then depends on your chosen shipping method and location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your address.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (where available).

Q: What if my order is delayed?

A: Delays can occasionally happen due to high demand or carrier issues. We’ll keep you updated by email if we anticipate any delays.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your returns policy?

Q: How do I return a faulty item?

A: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the fault. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and arrange a refund or replacement.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Once we receive and verify the returned faulty item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Sizing & Products

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: We provide detailed size guides on each product page. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the guide, as sizing can vary between brands and styles.

Q: Will the colours look exactly like the photos?

A: We make every effort to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
