Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rocsteadi Productions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our apparel products, we have a strict returns policy to ensure fairness and hygiene standards.
When We Accept Returns
We will only accept returns for faulty or defective goods. This includes items that are damaged, have manufacturing defects, or do not match the product description on our website.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. We may require photos of the fault or defect (before you return it) as evidence to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- A full refund (including original shipping costs for the faulty item).
- A replacement item (if available).
- Store credit.
When We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
- If the item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way (beyond trying it on for fit).
- For hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear or items in contact with skin, unless faulty).
All apparel items are thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch, and we provide detailed size guides, colour representations, and product descriptions to help you make the right choice.
How to Return a Faulty Item
- Contact us at returns@rocsteadi.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and details/photos of the fault.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorisation.
- Package the item securely in its original condition (with tags attached where possible) and return it to the address we provide.
- Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed if the fault is confirmed. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned faulty item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., if goods are not of satisfactory quality).
